This week as a part of our Friday Introduction series, we are hearing from Haley! Haley Warson developed a passion for event planning and design as an intern for Calluna Events nearly a decade ago. She kickstarted her career planning corporate events in Washington, D.C., and over the past several years has planned events across the globe before returning to her home state of Colorado. She looks to nature for design inspiration and appreciates an organic aesthetic. Haley enjoys helping clients identify their personal brand to create truly meaningful experiences. Her efficiency and organization drive seamless execution, while her upbeat personality and sense of humor allow her to connect with clients.

What do you do to relax after a wedding is over?
“Drink a giant water bottle and crash!”
What do you like to do when you’re not planning weddings?
“Camping, backpacking and enjoying the Colorado mountains with my husband and daughter.”
What is something you have seen at a wedding that you absolutely loved?
“Any personal notes or touches from the couple! I love when couples write notes to their guests, include a fun nod to their pet, or anything that reminds their guests of their unique personalities.”
Favorite dress designer?
“I’m not sure if I have a favorite, but I love clean lines and classic elegance!”
Favorite wedding movie?
“The Wedding Planner!”
What is some advice you would give couples planning their own wedding?
“When things start to get overwhelming, try to focus on what this is all about <3”
