What It Is: A personalized design board curated by a Calluna Events Designer specifically for your wedding.
Who This Is Great For: We love this service for a couple who may not have a wedding planner or has opted for a Day-Of or Month-Of Service Wedding Planner that doesn’t consult on design. Design is the DNA of a wedding, and we created this service for couples who are striving for a beautiful, unique and elevated wedding but may not know where to start.
What Is It Not: A Wedding Planner or Designer to collaborate with you from ideation through execution. If this is more what you’re looking for, great!! We’d highly recommend our Design & Decor Planning Package – it’s an immersive and thorough level of planning for couples who are looking for a concierge service through the planning and design process in its entirety!
Why Curated by Calluna? The proof is in the pudding. We’ve been planning and designing weddings and special events for 17 years and counting. We’ve designed everything from small western elopements, beautiful ballroom bashes in Boulder, to elegant fetes in the heart New York City. We’ve been applauded for our design in national publications like BRIDES, Martha Stewart and Style Me Pretty and foster a community for elevated wedding inspiration throughout our industry. Our design is intentionally diversified because it should reflect you and your love story. No wedding is the same – so no design is the same.
We’re armed with a deep understanding of what a wedding and its parts entails, so your Curated By Calluna design board is specifically crafted with your wedding budget in mind. We’ll take the time to learn about you, your interests, your priorities and then make educated recommendations based on that budget. We know that anyone can create a Pinterest swoon-worthy design board – but it may be out of budget, not reflective of your budget, not applicable for your venue. We’re here to bridge that gap and create a functional blueprint for your big day.
What You’re Getting: We’ll provide a 15-20 page document that captures the essence of your wedding, articulating your vision in actionable and approachable recommendations. We give you the option to customize your deliverables dependent on your needs. Curated by Calluna clients have the option to upgrade to continued consulting with your Calluna Designer and personalized vendor recommendations from our preferred vendor list. Regardless of the level of service you decide is right for you, you’ll leave with a customized design document that will act as a leading guide as you enter the wedding design process and start contracting your design team of florists, rental companies, stationers and more.

What do I need to do to get started? We’d love to welcome you to Curated by Calluna in whatever stage of wedding planning you’re in!
That said, we find that clients who are aligned and have a clear vision of what they’d like their day to look like generally have more success in the design process. For example, If you have a venue, great! We can design specifically around the space. If you don’t have a venue – great! We’d just want to know the vibe you’re imagining (a design for an upscale restaurant at the top of a mountain is different than a rustic integrated design in a tent on a ranch).
Prior to our design process, we’ll ask for a (public) Pinterest page (or inspiration deck) with 20-30 images that are reflective of your style, your vision, what you love etc. Feel free to dream in this process – we’ll use this and a our Calluna Design Questionnaire form to really get to know you and your partner so we can better understand your preferences and then nail your design!
