The Calluna team is growing! We are thrilled to welcome our new lead planner, Haley Warson, to the Calluna family.
Haley developed a passion for event planning and design as an intern for Calluna Events nearly a decade ago! She kickstarted her career planning corporate events in Washington, D.C., and over the past several years has planned eco-friendly events across the globe before returning to her home state of Colorado.
Haley looks to nature for design inspiration and appreciates an organic aesthetic. She believes that florals are one of the best parts of event decor and loves fresh, bold colors and hanging installations.
Haley enjoys helping clients identify their personal brand to create truly meaningful experiences. This is perhaps what she is most excited about as she embarks on her new journey with Calluna – getting to know our couples and advising on design and trends that match their unique personalities and style!

Seeing two extended families and friends come together to support the marriage of their loved ones…some of the most special and unlikely relationships can form!
When not planning weddings you can find me…?
Hiking or camping in the mountains in the summer, or skiing in the winter. I love getting out in the crisp air and enjoying the beauty of the Rockies.
My favorite place I have traveled is…?
Iceland! I did a road trip around “Ring Road” a few years ago – the landscape is stunning, diverse and unlike anything I had ever seen!
My favorite dessert is…?
I’m a sucker for anything chocolate… chocolate-covered, chocolate-infused, chocolate-dipped… you get the idea!
