We adore each and every one of our caterers and we wanted to give a special shoutout to Catering by Design for celebrating their 20th Anniversary this year! Catering By Design is known for throwing parties that you don’t want to miss, and their #Bash20 certainly did not disappoint.
BASHtwenty took place at Mile High Station this year. Jay’s Valet greeted us at our cars and we love them! They’re always so courteous and professional. At the entry, we were greeted by sweet waffle cones. If you ever get the chance to attend one of their shindigs, we suggest going hungry. They’re known for innovative food ideas and they love to showcase their new menus.
In the center of the room was a suspended DJ booth. Halfway through the night the booth was raised higher to showcase our favorite food area – the dessert table. It’s so hard to choose a favorite food area, but we have a major sweet tooth in this office, so the dessert table wins. The table was full of mini banana pudding, tarts, individual chocolate cakes, and a donut cake! That’s right, we said donut cake.
The back lot was tented and had an Andy Warhol-esque vibe. One side of the room was all about duck. A giant rubber ducky stood as a main attraction for another food station that hosted duck nachos and an amazing duck pasole.
Another favorite among many? The carving station. There were four different meats they carved from and then layered onto of a beignet in a brown paper bag. The creativity of this crew is incredible and our mouths are watering just thinking about all of the food! Can we do this again soon?
