We had an absolute blast at our Bridal Brunch inspiration shoot this past Sunday and were so fortunate to be able to partner with such talented, inspired industry professionals!
Our vision was to create a look that was inspired by both 1920s Old World charm + romance, and the modern luxuries that are a part of so many weddings we see these days. The fusion of these two elements, along with playful floral pieces, a modern space, and neutral lighting created a look of elegance, nostalgia, sophistication, and comfort.
We think this look would be perfect for brunch weddings, bridal showers, next-day brunches, and other social celebrations. All of the details – including the antique books, bite-sized pastries, sparkling rosé, old suitcases, feathers, crystal stemware, vintage pearls, and even the piano – are easily accessible to people all over, who want to recreate this look. The Old World look and feel can also be created through hairstyles, makeup, and even lighting.
This shoot is meant to feel both unique and familiar at the same time. We wanted to capture elements of Downton Abbey inspired-details, Parisian flea markets, and modern tea parties all in a few vignettes. This was such a fun way to spend a sunny Sunday morning and we want to sincerely thank all of those who participated.
