Rounding out our wild wedding weekend, two planners headed up the road to Estes Park last weekend for a wonderful ranch reception where Erica & Jaden invited us into their mountain top venue. The gorgeous H Bar G Ranch, owned and operated by his family, captured the most beautiful view of Colorado we could imagine.
We’ve never seen such a team effort in DIY wedding prep; it was inspiring & heartwarming. Friends and family from all walks of life rolled up their sleeves to get things done. A group of friends adorned the tented poles with gorgeous Aspen trees while others concepted terrariums to be displayed as the centerpieces on the exposed restructured wood tables provided by the Harvest Table Company. Everyone present was willing to help in some small way and the group ended up creating a meaningfully personal environment for this special duo.
Opting for an early ceremony, the two wed at the top of the hill at 12 noon and spent the rest of the day conversing with guests, dancing on the grass, playing cornhole and snagging taco from the on site Comida truck. The entire day was relaxed, joyus and overall a beautiful wedding. When the band packed up, the crew turned on an iPod and keep the good times going under the Estes Park skies. We adore this couple and everything about them – especially when they paid tribute Jaden’s aunt and uncle by playing their First Dance song to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary (down to the day!)
As always, we couldn’t have done any of it without the tremendous vendors & their hard work. For that, we are so very grateful. Huge shout out to Our Love Is Loud , 3 Chicks Bartending, Comida, The Parlour, Diamond Empire Band, RC Special Events and the team at At Your Service. We love and admire you all, and can’t wait for the next one.
Love! Calluna
