We were thrilled to coordinate the 6th Annual Chefs Collaborative Sustainable Food Summit in Boulder last fall. Hundred chefs and culinary professionals visited Boulder for three glorious days to enjoy events focused on sustainability in the culinary industry.
We had a wonderful time producing one exciting event after another. Three experiences that were particularly memorable were held at iconic Boulder locations. They definitely qualified as “Big and Boulder”!
First, we recreated the farmers market experience on the site of the traditional Boulder Farmers Market. The event gave Chefs Collaborative participants an opportunity to feel like true Boulderites on a stroll through their beloved Colorado-homegrown market.. The following day began with the so-much-fun breakfast food truck rally held in front of the Boulder Theater near the Pearl Street Mall. Over 250 people joined us for breakfast treats provided by the area’s most popular food trucks. Finally, we arranged a glorious luncheon on the Chautauqua Park Lawn, a breathtaking stretch of land at the base of the Flatirons. We opted for community tables to encourage networking opportunities.
Working with Chefs Collaborative was a phenomenal experience. Thank you Chefs Collaborative for inviting us to be part of your 6th Annual Sustainable Food Summit.
