There’s something about the summer season that makes us a little more inspired and adventurous with our kitchen creations. Celebrate this week’s hump day with a tasteful DIY project :: floral filled ice cubes. It doesn’t matter if you’re entertaining a few friends or need a little dressing up of your daily intake of H2O; we’re confident your glassware has never been fancier (and bonus! this little treat is surefire way to bring a smile as you sip).
Materials Needed:
– Florals of your liking {Hint:: Go for edible – we don’t want chemicals in our cocktails!}
– Ice tray
– Water {Distilled water that has been boiled and cooled leaves you with cloudless ice cubes + a photo-worthy drink special}
Steps:
– Depending on your flower or petal size, fill ice tray about 1/4- 1/3 of the way full
– Put your flower in the ice tray facing down {For a sweet flavor, fill with fruit}
– Fill ice tray to the top and freeze
– Sip + enjoy this fun trend in warm company
