Michael + Haley are a couple that brought joy into our jobs and left us with warm heats even as the weekend came to an end. We met The Groom (to be) when Calluna embarked on the rebranding adventure three years ago with Boulder, Colorado’s best design shop, Anthem Branding. Michael lead charge of our account and blew us away with is patience, support, and everlasting accommodating demeanor (not to mention he probably learned more about weddings in that rebranding period than he’d ever want to!). As soon as we heard our friend was about to pop the big question, we knew it was our turn to return the favor and help these beautiful people tie the knot.
The agenda was relaxed, carefree and the best weekend getaway you could imagine. Guest were greeted on Friday with a soak in the gorgeous hot springs & welcome party. On Saturday the crew hiked, soaked and assembled for one of the sweetest celebrations of love we’ve ever seen.
Both insanely talented, Haley and Michael work in the creative world and brought an ethereal and simple aesthetic to each design decision while quietly leaving room for Mother Nature to beam through pockets of sunshine. Their invitation suite with a “XO” brand set the tone for the wedding weekend at the spectacular Mt Princeton Hot Sprigs and they carried the “XO” seal throughout the day in places like the backdrop to their ceremony arch and in signage at the reception. We scooped up fresh flowers from Lale florals and played florist as we decorated the arch and handed out luscious, colorful overflowing florals like candy, perfectly complimenting the green outdoor ceremony. Their vows were sealed by a close friend accompanied by beautiful sentiments from both Sister of the Bride + Best Woman. Afterwards guests mingled on the lawn sipping specialty cocktails and playing corn hole and jenga and taking in the magical mountain backdrop. Dinner followed and some incredibly heartfelt toasts from friends and family. The music was on point all night from Ryan at Contour Audio – as we’d expect nothing less from Michael the Music Buff. Guests danced until the wee hours of the night and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of this glorious day!
