Grateful Reflections & Celebrating an Incredible 2025 with Calluna Events

Dear Calluna Community,

As we bid farewell to 2025, we are filled with gratitude and pride as we reflect on what has truly been an extraordinary year. This marked our 22nd year in business, and without question, our most successful yet!

I could not be prouder of our team! The milestones we reached, the growth we experienced together, and the bonds we strengthened made this year especially meaningful. The events we created were some of my all-time favorites, and I can honestly say this was my most fulfilling year in a long time.

According to the Chinese Zodiac, we are closing out the Year of the Wood Snake, a time of reflection, intention, and clearing away what no longer serves us. On February 17, we welcome the Year of the Fire Horse, bringing bold, courageous energy, forward momentum, creativity, leadership, and the confidence to seize new opportunities after a year of thoughtful preparation. We are embracing this sentiment going into 2026 and are so excited for what this year will bring – with our couples, projects, our team and our community!

It has been another year filled with incredible achievements, heartfelt celebrations, and unforgettable moments. We’re excited to share some highlights with you.

HEARTFELT CELEBRATIONS & MEMORABLE MOMENTS

• 28 Events Planned: Weddings, birthday celebrations, milestone events, and corporate gatherings filled our calendar and our hearts.
• Diverse & Iconic Venues: From the Caribou Club in Aspen to Napa Valley, Brush Creek Ranch, Dunton Hot Springs, and our hometown of Boulder—we were honored to create experiences in such remarkable locations.
• Milestone Celebrations: This year we planned a 40th & 70th birthday, a 40th anniversary weekend, and a beautiful baby shower.
• Iconic Entertainment: A 40th birthday celebration featuring Vanilla Ice and En Vogue was truly unforgettable.
• Signature Events: We proudly supported Campminder Camp 10 for the second time and assisted with the Boulder Burgundy Festival for the 17th consecutive year.
• Love in the Air: Our Lead Planner Kristen got engaged and is ringing in the New Year married to her love, and our dear friend, Bridget Burnett.
• New Team Member: We welcomed Noe Horton to the Calluna Crew after a serendipitous meeting. Her support behind the scenes with marketing, admin, and on-site event production has been invaluable.

• Served as an inaugural Director for the Denver Chapter of Société Privée, producing three community events throughout the year, February at The Kitchen Boulder, in April at Greystone Castle and in October at Call Me Pearl at the Rally Hotel.
