As Colorado Event Planners, we love parties of all shapes and sizes. Recently, Heather {Calluna Owner} had Birthday in the family. Enter Maggie.
Maggie is the coolest kid in town and happened to be celebrating her third birthday the week before Valentine’s Day. With a plethora of pink, purple, and sugar, we created Maggie’s 3rd Birthday at our favorite sugar shop, Tee and Cakes. Special thanks for Kim + Brian, Kitzel + Lynn at Brighter Day Floral Design, Boulder Wine Merchant, Boulder Whole Foods, and last, but certainly not least, our friend + photographer, Erin L Cox of ELC Photography.
We loved all of the DIY aspects of the party from the hanging hearts to the hand-made name buttons (tutorials to follow soon). Each child had a purple + pink polka dot place setting and spread out on the table were naked cupcakes and toppings galore. Despite the day-long sugar high, parents and three-year-olds alike had a blast at Maggie’s bash (the champagne spritzers didn’t hurt either).
