In May, the Calluna Events staff met to have our annual spring kick off brunch at Radda. This annual event brings together the Calluna Events veteran planners (Spice Jones, Gabbie Sarbaugh & Heather Dwight) with the 2009 Calluna Events wedding interns (Taryn, Crista and Haley). Each year I plan this get together in order for all of us to meet in a relaxing setting and get to know each other prior to the busy wedding season starting. It’s also a great chance for us to go over the 2009 wedding schedule and touch base on current weddings we are working on.

Heather and the Calluna Events interns met last week for our weekly meeting at Tee and Cakes in Boulder. During our weekly meetings the interns and I check in on their progress on various wedding related projects and have educational topics we discuss. We thought it would be fun to hold our meeting at Tee and Cakes who is a favorite Colorado wedding vendor of Calluna Events.
