The Four Seasons Hotel Denver - a stunning, new wedding expereince for Denver brides

Yesterday we had the wonderful opportunity to sit down with the lovely ladies from the Catering & Sales Department at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver for an incredible lunch at EDGE Restaurant. We asked them to tell us a bit about the property and what they are seeing for the coming wedding season.

Name of business :: Four Seasons Hotel Denver  

How long in business :: Four Seasons Hotel Denver opened on October 19, 2010.  

Location :: 1111 14th Street Denver, CO 80202. Central to downtown, in the center of the theater district with stunning unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains.   

Most memorable wedding :: The first wedding we had at our beautiful property on November 20, 2010 for 350 guests with a delicious four course meal served in our Grand Ballroom. Followed by dancing with tasty desserts and snacks in our Cottonwood Ballroom.

We love it when a Bride and Groom are :: Extremely in love and work together to personalize their wedding with special touches near and dear to them and their family.  

Favorite part of a wedding :: The First Dance  

Our favorite kind of bride is :: Excited to get married and in love. Also we love brides that enjoy choosing their food – the tasting is always a fun event! 

What sets us apart from other venues is : Our personalized service. We treat all of our guests like VIP’s finding out what is important to them, ensuring the special touches are in place along with some unexpected pleasant surprises! Also, we have a brand new building in the heart of downtown Denver with stunning views including a roof top terrace, beautiful architecture and art work, and 18 glittering custom-made chandeliers in the Ballroom! 

Trends we are seeing for 2011 :: Vibrant Colors, incorporation of family members and family history in order to personalize the wedding. We are seeing more action stations including gourmet sliders such as our EDGE Restaurant Kobe Beef sliders with crispy Pancetta and homemade pickle relish, Lamb burgers with Tzatziki and cured tomatoes, and signature cocktails often named after family members!
