Well no longer! Kathy Jo Peterson, owner of Raise the Cake, knew from years as a wedding planner that the magic was in the details. Several hundred ‘ordinary’ silver cake stands later, she started looking for new, creative ways to raise wedding cakes. And thus, Raise the Cake was born.
