The Calluna Crew was able to spend three inspiring and fun days at Devil’s Thumb Ranch at the end of January for our annual team retreat! Our short but sweet days were full of reflection on our successes and takeaways from the past year, strategic planning, and goal setting for this upcoming season!
We were also able to get in some major team bonding over a cross country ski (accompanied by the Devil’s Thumb Ranch team!), the most relaxing spa treatments, hot tub sessions, amazing shared meals, and of course, a ton of laughs!
We spent a lot of time talking about our vendor partners and how much we love this industry and being a part of it – and they play a big role in that! We are ever-grateful for our clients who trust us with their event and we are committed to putting our all into the events we have on the books for this year and next!
We are walking away more inspired and ready for this new year and decade and so excited for many things we have in the works! We are so grateful to our friends at Devil’s Thumb Ranch for creating this space for us so that we could have some time to reset and recharge! We’ve partnered with this venue on dozens of weddings over the span of 10+ years, and to call it a favorite venue feels like quite the understatement. We are so fortunate to work in collaboration with Devil’s Thumb Ranch for so many weddings but to also be able to experience it first hand was truly special! The entire Devil’s Thumb Ranch wedding team is welcoming, accommodating, talented, innovative and just really great people – we can’t wait to embark on another successful year in this long term partnership.
We are so happy we were able to take the time to reflect on both a personal and team level, so that we can bring our best to each and everyone we encounter! Look out 2020, the Calluna Crew is ready for you!
Last year five of our amazing couples wed at the Ranch and we are so excited to be back with more couples in 2020 and 2021!
