Calluna Events is delighted to offer the Conscious Cleanse to our brides and our community in general. The Conscious Cleanse is an interactive, online-based cleanse designed to help you get more energy, feel better and look stunning for your wedding! Have you ever wanted to do a cleanse but weren’t sure how or where to start. The Conscious Cleanse is a 14-day cleanse you do while being supported by an online community, a step-by-step manual and daily emails.
Calluna Events owner, Heather Dwight, recently did the Conscious Cleanse and found it improved her digestion, energy and skin, inflammation was reduced, and a few pounds were shed! Yay! In the 14-day journey of the Conscious Cleanse Jo and Jules (the founders) will show you, step-by-step how to detoxify your body, ignite a process of deep healing, discover what food makes you feel the best, and create a sustainable way of eating that will support you on your journey to vibrant health and longevity.
Here’s the plan:
Step 1: Prepare for your cleanse. Five days before the cleanse you will begin shifting your attention to cleanse-friendly foods and away from the foods that may be slowing you down. Foods like sugar, gluten, dairy and soy. Suggestions for alternatives to these foods will be provided.
Step 2:14-Day Conscious Cleanse. For 2 weeks you will eat whole foods like green smoothies, fresh fruits, vegetables, non-gluten grains like brown rice and quinoa, legumes, nuts, seeds, and organic lean meats.
Step 3:Conscious Purification. Two opportunities for deeper cleansing called “Conscious Purification” will occur on the weekends with the option of eating only fruits and vegetables, smoothies, fresh juices and broths.
Step 4:Reintroduction of food. Several days post-cleanse you will be guided through systematic reintroduction of foods that will help you create a personalized way of eating that supports on-going weight loss, detoxification and vibrancy.
Each day throughout the cleanse, you will receive a “love note” from Jo and Jules offering you a daily nuggets of wisdom, inspiration, insight and support. They will offer you a daily “Conscious Focus” as a way to deepen your experience, help you stay engaged and connected to the process. The Conscious Focus will give you an action step for the day to help your mind support your body along this transformational journey.
