If you appreciate minimalist decor, want some spring inspiration in your home or are just too busy to spend time on elaborate DIY before the Easter holiday, this is the craft for you. Martha Stewart comes through once again with the effortless DIY project of grass candles. This project is so simple it seems obvious, adding just a hint of spring flavor onto your mantel or Easter brunch spread.
Supplies needed: white pillar candles, glue stick, green grass blades. Really … that’s it!!
How to: Glue each blade of grass onto the candle, tucking the bottom under the candle to create clean lines. Vary the height, texture, and make it your own.
This shouldn’t take much time or effort and would be a great way to get the kids involved. If you go ahead with this craft, send us a picture and we will publish on social media outlets!
