What is Spring Down the Aisle you ask? Spring Down the Aisle is a contemporary tea service, blended with a wedding showcase and bridal fashion show. Brought to you by St Julien Hotel & Spa and Rocky Mountain Bride, this can’t be missed event begins at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27. Soon-to-be brides and grooms, your wedding parties, friends and family are all invited to enjoy St Julien Hotel & Spa’s popular Saturday Afternoon Tea service, complete with teas by Tea Forte, champagne, petit fours, scones, sandwiches, live music and other delights.
All of the vendors involved have been hard at work to bring you an experience to remember and we want to give you the inside scoop! The idea behind Spring Down the Aisle is to give brides and grooms alike an opportunity to meet some of the best in the business while enjoying an event that is staged like a real wedding. We would like to lend a helping hand in your planning and give you some fresh inspiration with looks and tablescapes that are on trend for 2016! In other words, it is our way of showing you the “now” in a fun interactive way!
In the industry we have been seeing three prominent trends for this year and we took inspiration from the runways and added a Calluna spin on those trends! The first look is “Black Tie with a Twist.” With this look we are taking your traditional black tie wedding and spinning it with a brilliant navy blue instead of black. With pops of color throughout and hints of gold, we are sure you will be completely smitten with this classic look!

The second look is a “Floral Vibrant Look” which we have seen explode on the runway and throughout the 2016 trends. We like to think of this look as boho chic meets Kate Spade. It has those vibrant, bright colors and eye catching florals with a modern crisp twist. With white square chargers, ghost chairs, and glitzy white sequin linens,we are confident this look will be a total wow factor!

Last but certainly not least is the “Ethereal & Romantic Look.” This look works well with the 2016 Pantone colors of the year, Rose Quartz and Serenity Blue. We will use these colors throughout this look as well as beautiful soft muted tones curating a subtle elegance that will leave the hopeless romantics swooning!
