We are here for the moments! Those moments that you’ll cherish for a lifetime. We want to walk beside you toward those moments and then live them alongside you. It’s why we keep coming back again, and again, and again. This year marked our 15th-year business and we are so honored and humbled that our clients and creative partners entrust us each and every year on their weddings and events. Sitting down and reflecting on the incredible moments we’ve witnessed and recounting our highlights is one of our favorite things to do at the end of each year. We are ever grateful for the work we do, the people we have the pleasure of working with and the incredibly talented wedding and event community in Colorado.
To say we are excited for 2019 is an understatement. We have many exciting things planned already for this year and we can’t wait to share them with you! We are so grateful for the couples whose weddings we are currently planning for 2019 and 2020 and for all the newly engaged couples who have been reaching out! We are continually inspired, challenged, and motivated to do incredible things and be the best we can be!
2018 was a remarkable year for Calluna Events and we are thrilled to share our incredible highlights with you!

We’re so happy to show you these gorgeous photos from Michelle & Adam’s wedding, captured by the incredibly talented Ali + Garrett Photography. From The Bride::
“When you are an event planner who loves a good theme party and you marry an avid cyclist that worked at a bike shop – you start planning #tourdegaluszka. As an event planner for over 10 years and working at Calluna for almost three years, you know a thing or two about planning a party. However, that doesn’t make it any easier once it is time to plan your dream wedding.
When Adam proposed we immediately knew that we wanted to bring our friends and family to Colorado, the place we call home. I couldn’t imagine my big day without the Flatirons in background and getting to share our favorite spots throughout Boulder. I quickly decided on a church and venue that were in the heart of downtown. Selecting the rest of my vendors happened very quickly. I knew the florist and photographer who could best capture our personalities and come along for our ride. I also knew I needed help! I worked with the Calluna team to bring my day to life so I could turn off my planner brain the day of our wedding and truly get the bridal experience.
From there the bikes took over! Wheels holding our escort cards, to bike centerpieces and of course bike horns to make us kiss throughout the night – those would haunt us throughout the weekend. In the end, we were able to bring guests together from all over and give them a taste of what we love – including Sweet Cow!”

What better way to start off the day than with one of our favorites from last year? Caroline + Clark had a backyard bash to remember at the home that she grew up in. When it comes to backyard weddings there are two major challenges. First is to take the bride’s home – the place where she has celebrated every major milestone of her life- and transform it into something so magical and unique that her wedding stands apart from every other celebration she has shared within its walls. And second, to make sure the transformation still preserves the authenticity of her home and honors the reasons why she wants to be married in such an intimate place. We are over the moon with how perfect Caroline + Clark’s special day unfolded and we are even more excited with how perfect the day was captured by Jason + Gina Photographers! If you simply haven’t had enough of this jaw dropping wedding, head over to Caroline + Clark’s wedding portfolio! xx, Calluna
