Primrose Proper
Smooth and subtle floral notes with bright citrus liveliness make this beauty perfect for sharing with your sweetie.
.5oz Hibiscus tea
.5oz Rose hip tea
.25oz Simple syrup
.25oz Fresh lemon
.5oz Fresh lime
.5oz Leopold Brothers Orange Liqueur
1.5oz Suerte Blanco Tequila
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until exterior of the shaker is frosted. Strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Optional: Kiss the side of the glass with a tiny bit of pink Himalayan sea salt for an extra kick.
Rose Hip and hibiscus Teas:
Bring one cup of water to boil, add two tablespoons dried flower (available at most grocery stores) and reduce to simmer for five minutes. The longer it simmers and the more flower added will result in stronger tea, if desired. Allow to cool before mixing in a cocktail.
Simple Syrup:
Bring one cup of water to a boil, remove from heat and add one cup of sugar. Stir until dissolved. Allow to cool before mixing in a cocktail.

Summertime – A time for peonies, warm weather, open-toed shoes, and sangria! We love us a good summer cocktail and wanted to share an easy and delicious recipe for you to enjoy!
First up, the ingredients. You’ll need a bottle of red wine, orange liqueur, orange juice, brandy, pineapple chunks with juice, sugar, ginger ale, oranges, lemons, and limes.
Start off with a half cup of sugar and pour into a pitcher or beverage dispenser.
Add a bottle of red wine to the sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
Add half a cup of orange liqueur. Stir.
Add 1/4 cup of brandy.
And one cup of orange juice.
Add a can of diced pineapple with juice and stir.
Chop up some fruit and add to the sangria. Make sure to chill for an hour or two to let the flavors set. Note: the longer you let set, the longer the flavors have a chance to meld.
Stir in one bottle of ginger ale, serve over ice and ENJOY! (strategically placed peonies optional)
Cheers!
