We absolutely adored working with Katie, Chris, and Katie’s parents Karen and Bill on their wedding at Devil’s Thumb Ranch! From the first consultation call with Katie we felt a true connection. We also had the opportunity to combine Katie’s non-traditional approach with her mother’s traditional southern roots and it was such a fun experience create! From tropical florals with a rustic twist, provided by The Perfect Petal, to the replica grooms cake of their airstream trailer, provided by Devil Thumb’s Ranch Pastry Team, every detail was truly unique and special!

Rachel + Jim | Devil’s Thumb Ranch Bohemian Wedding

Rachel + Jim’s 21st of September wedding is a day that we will always remember due to their stunningly unique style! From Rachel’s breathtaking non-traditional dress – an Indigo Aegean gown by Rue de Seine – to the blue and white porcelain ginger jars, the couple flawlessly incorporated many personal touches. One of our favorite aspects was when they greeted guests by the door and guests were instructed to take a shot of fireball to find their spot on the seating map. Their closely knit families also penned their own unique salute word! The personalized ceremony from their friend was beautifully scripted and their guests were able to experience a one-of-a-kind wedding which was Rachel + Jim’s dream come true.

Molly + Matt | Elegant Colorado Springs Wedding

Oh happy day!! This sweet bride and her groom tied the knot in the most beautiful ceremony at the most stunning setting! Molly and Matt were married in front of the iconic Colorado Springs school, where Molly and her brothers went and her dad was on the board. It was an iconic and special backdrop for their wedding! Molly and Matt held their reception at the Cheyenne Mountain Country Club, and although it was a bit touch and go at times with the Colorado weather, we had all the right luck throughout the day and our couple has so much joy throughout – it was a night to remember with over 200 friends and family, toasts to remember and an incredible endless team who worked so tirelessly to ensure things were exactly as Molly envisioned despite some threats from Mother Nature! One again we are eating up feeling ever so grateful for the couples who entrust us with their day and fulfilled that we have the honor of creating this magic for them!

Maggie + Riley :: A Lovely Farm Wedding

Happy Anniversary Liz + Brad

We wanted to wish Liz + Brad a very happy two year anniversary! This happy couple was married on the Vail Wedding Deck – which is truly a special place for anyone to say their vows! Liz + Brad have a romance that is magical and we were honored to be a part of their gorgeous wedding celebration.

The ceremony was touching and emotional, followed by a delicious dinner at Game Creek Club. Erin at ELC Photogrpahy did an outstanding job by capturing day with these over the top photos! Congratulations Liz + Brad and here’s to many more years to come of love and happiness! xx, Calluna

I ❤️ MODERN party recap

Last night we had the privilege of helping one of Boulder’s connectors and long time friend, Jennifer Egbert, plan her I ❤️ MODERN VIP party at Design Within Reach. If there is one thing Jenn knows how to do – it is to throw a party! It was an amazing event put on to say a special thank you to both her clients, as well as the people she works alongside with everyday! It was such an exciting party and so much fun to see members of the community rally around this event and bring different elements to the event!

There was an amazing spread of food that Cured brought – everything from mouth watering cured meats to scrumptious
cheeses and more! 3 Chicks Bartending took care of business by making the most tasty drinks – Suerte Tequila provided all the liquor for the night, Boulder Wine Merchant supplied the lovely Rosé wine and craft beer, and Wonder Press provided all the mixers as well as a tasty mocktail! Overall the food and refreshments kept you coming back for more!

There was also a raffle that gave away lots of goodies that everyone had their eyes on! A special thank you to Zeal Optics for providing some awesome shades, Royal Stag for the amazing hand made hats, Design Within Reach for the awesome place mats, flatware set, as well as some gifts cards, and Bespoke Edge for the very suave custom men’s dress shirt. We also want to thank Fiori Flowers for providing a few beautiful arrangements and Alpine Modern for providing your amazing magazines!
