About Lucky’s ::
Lucky’s Bakehouse + Creamery is a local Boulder bakery that specializes in scratch- made products. Sunshine literally spills into our bright space each morning as the scents of pecan sticky buns and almond croissants fill every nook and cranny. Gluten-free options are seemingly endless with possibilities such as our black onyx almond cakes, Parisian macarons, and a chocolate chunk cookie that is sure to induce a swoon. We dabble in desserts as well, with a pastry case chock-full of cakes and tarts such as the compost crunch cake, the passion fruit coconut cake, raspberry frangipane tarts and our signature salted caramel chocolate tart, which in itself is a devilish little slice of heaven. Ice cream is yet another of our favorite treats, with flavors like brown butter cookie dough, salted rose and honey, and blueberry lavender sorbet.
Pastry Chef Jen Bush is the mastermind behind the Bakehouse, with more than 20 years of experience in the world of baking and a vision for something far beyond the average bakery. Each and every one of our bakers is obsessed with all things culinary, and it shows in every item that we produce. We strive to push the envelope while also maintaining the simplicity and beauty of bakeries of the past.
During the warmer months, you will often find our garage door open and live music pouring out, just daring you not to take a step inside find yourself in a little corner of a food lover’s paradise.
