Our team had one of our busiest wedding weekends two weeks ago and we are thrilled to share some highlights. We are so glad that our couples entrusted us to plan their weddings, and are so grateful to all of the creative partners involved in these celebrations! Jenny + Dan
- Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Jenny and Dan said their vows at the idyllic Devil’s Thumb Ranch in one of the loveliest weddings we’ve seen. Sophisticated simplicity lead the design direction as we we worked with our favorite tribe of vendors to bring her rustic style to life. 61 guests enjoyed chilled champagne and lawn games in the Broad Axe Meadow before watching this couple wed under a custom four post arbor ideated and executed by the team at The Perfect Petal. The ceremony caught the attention of some unlikely party crashes who trotted over to watch the entire thing, galloping away only after the recession of bride and groom.
- After cocktails on the deck, Jenny and Dan and their guests enjoyed sweeping views while feasting on a delicious dinner — keeping the barn doors wide open for that Colorado air. We ended the night with a dance party and love in the air. We’re so grateful to play a part in their union!

- A stunning Lela Rose wedding gown with a unique and stunning floral print.
- An epic tent on a private estate surrounded by horses, polo fields and Haystack mountain… the first wedding ever on the property!
- A sweet and special ceremony out in the field. Our ring bearer took off down the aisle and the crowd broke out in laughs!
- A rainy day that turned into the most spectacular night with pink skies, puffy clouds and a rising FULL moon!
- Delicious bites and the most tasty family style meal from the amazing Blackbelly team!

Emily + Tate

- Emily and Tate had an Aspen theme as a core element for their wedding, as the Aspen trees are all connected by one root. They felt this was symbolic of their relationships and support of all of their friends and family. One way we incorporporated this into their design was Jessica Reed of Eclectic Hive’s idea to have clear cocktail tables with aspen branches growing inside. It was a perfect blend of that personal element, as well as modern yet organic decor!
- While their design had a lot of soft, feminine elements, Emily wanted Tate to feel like the day reflected the both of them. One way they did this was to have all of the boutonnieres for Tate and his groomsmen finished with a leather wrap, and Emily’s bouquet wrapped in leather as well to add a masculine touch.
- Tate’s parents own a home in Crested Butte, so the location held a special place in the groom and also Emily’s as she has come to love CB for Summer and Winter vacations. For their wedding weekend they wanted to include local elements to allow their guests to enjoy CB as much as they do! The Hegstroms hosted the rehearsal dinner at the local Crested Butte Historic Museum, and Emily and Tate had the famous local Niky’s Donuts provide mini donuts with shots of milk as their wedding late night snack.
- Emily and Tate shared that their faith was very important to them, and our talented partners Eclectic Hive and Yonder House worked with us on a design to build this custom wooden cross from scratch and adorn it with beautiful florals. Emily walked down the aisle to “King Of My Heart” by Steffany Gretzinger, and she and Tate spoke their vows in front of the stunning Rocky Mountains in Crested Butte.

Gina + Matt
- No detail was spared for Gina and Matt’s incredible wedding weekend. It started on Thursday night with a welcome at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Friday with Golf and Fly Fishing and a Ladies Luncheon at Anderson Cabin At Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch followed by a rehearsal dinner at Bear Cat Stables. Gina and Matt were married in the iconic Beaver Creek Chapel and then held their reception at one of our favorite Colorado mountain wedding venues, Beano’s Cabin Working with all our talented creative partners we transformed the inside of Beano’s as well as had the first ever pole tent on the lawn at Beano’s. The tent was unlike any wedding design we’ve seen. Working with Eclectic Hive we had custom elements and beautiful lounges and space for dancing the night away.
