Today the #CallunaCrew is sharing what we are grateful for, and we would love to hear from you, too! What are you thankful for on this Thanksgiving holiday?

Cheers! Xo, Calluna

Kristen :: “I am thankful for… The beautiful state of Colorado and my home in Denver. I am such a city girl but I love being surrounded by beautiful nature. I love seeing all the new and exciting things happening in the city too, it is a food and drink lovers paradise! I am so thankful for all of the amazing couples and vendors I was able to work with this past year. From an intimate museum wedding in the city to a 200 guest mountain soiree, I was really able to see and experience it all! Starting my new food + drink blog Kristensarahk.com! Besides wedding planning, food, drinks and restaurants are a huge passion of mine. I am so excited that I finally took the plunge and launched the website! My super supportive family, even though they are over 1,000 miles away! My #callunasquad, no day is the same!”

Gabrielle :: “This year I’m so so thankful for my loving, supportive, encouraging and inspiring family, friends, and colleagues – old and new! I’m especially grateful for my amazing and patient husband, and his love and effort as we nurture our newish marriage and tackle the seemingly never ending home project list. For our fur baby, Seamus, and all the joy, fun, laughs, cuteness and craziness he’s brought into our lives. Finally, I’m thankful for everyday comforts: quiet nights at home, early morning run/walks, baking shows on Netflix, and gorgeous mountain views. Happy Thanksgiving!”

Jean :: “I am thankful for my best friend and husband of four years, Joe, and my overwhelmingly supportive family. I’m thankful to live in a city that has every season (especially autumn!) and provides an amazing culture. Lastly, I am incredibly thankful to have been welcomed so warmly into the Calluna Crew!”

Mel :: “Here we are again –– in preparation for another holiday season filled with thanks for what came before us and what’s ahead. As we turn the final pages of our calendar and share in reflection of all that we’ve accomplished, all that we’ve experienced, all that we’ve overcome –– I find myself filled with gratitude just to be a participant in it all.  Gratitude can sometimes feel big –– hard to articulate –– overwhelming to pin down. In moments like this, I find myself grateful for a chance to sit in the present and just live it. Grateful for an opportunity to play, to work, to grow, to thrive, to fail, to succeed, to be a friend, a loved one, a citizen, a human being. Grateful for full bellies, happy hearts, belly laughs, warm hugs, big dreams and wonder for the future. And I’m grateful to share it all with all of you. A very Happy Thanksgiving from my table to yours, friends!”

I don’t take for granted the opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented colleagues and creative partners and am honored to do something meaningful for my clients.”

Francesca :: “The last few months have been filled with major changes for me. That’s why I’m thankful for having so many wonderful, long-term, supportive relationships in my life to help make change easier. I’m forever thankful to my family and friends – which includes my caring Calluna family – for all the encouragement. I’m looking forward to new and expanding opportunities on the east coast with Calluna in 2019.”

Heather :: Each year as I sit down to write this for our annual Thanksgiving blog post I am humbled that we are able to be a part of the wonderful world of weddings and the extended wedding community.  I am forever grateful as we wrap up our 15th season in business, March 2019 officially marks 15 years in business!  I continue to be inspired by the Calluna Community – our clients who choose Calluna, the creative partners and venues we are fortunate to work so closely with and who continually entrust their clients with us. I am thankful to be able to go to work each day and do something I love and am passionate about. I am particularly grateful for our clients from this year. Witnessing your weddings is a great honor! This year brought some new incredible weddings and visions, where we were able to collaborate and be creative in ways we never have. I am grateful for our clients’ trust in us and our ability to constantly grown and expand our offerings.

I am forever grateful and humbled by our team.  They are the heart and soul of Calluna, my right hands, who work tirelessly and who have such positive enthusiasm for our couples. They allow me to focus on new and exciting projects for 2018 and are supporting us as we expand into new projects in 2019! I consider them all friends and love the impact they’ve had on my life and my business.

I am grateful for the love and support of my family and my friends, especially my husband, Brandon, our daughter Maggie and son Grey.

I’m also grateful that in the past year I traveled to so many international locations – Scotland, England (with my family) and Ireland, Costa Rica and Mexico (three times!) for work!

I’m grateful to live in such an incredible place as Boulder. For fresh air, sunshine, hikes in the mountains. I’m grateful for my health and any time I can ride my bike or do a little yoga.
